Historal Research:

Methylsulfonyl Methane - Has been shown to have anti-allergic properties better than or equal to antihistamines.

Vitamin C - It was first discovered to be useful for allergies in the 1940's. (1) New studies reveal that Vitamin C is effective because it can metabolize and detoxify histamines. (2)

Echinacea Purpurea - Promotes the health of your immune system.

Vitamin E - Supports the immune system. It is best known for its antioxidant uses and can help with many different symptoms.

Quercetin - Studies show this may be effective because it can inhibit the release of histamines from mast cells. (3) In conjunction with Vitamin C, Quercetin may help reduce the severity of hay fever symptoms. (4)

Grape Seed Ext. - Contains an active ingredient called "proanthocyanidins or PCO's" which benefit the body by neutralizing "free radicals."

Stinging Nettle - A randomized, double-blind study that included 92 individuals showed that stinging nettle was more effective than placebo in relieving symptoms of allergic rhinitis. (5)

Coleus Forskolin - May help with blood pressure and muscle relaxation. (6,7 )
